What is Bushnell Court Youth Center, Inc?

BCYCI is a non-profit corporation legally formed in (September 2023), with the focus on working with the teen youth population. Our goal is to assist the “City of Cleveland'' in reducing youth crime and violence, by providing alternative opportunities in areas of training and development.
Recently, we have submitted our planned proposal to the “City of Cleveland'' for funding assistance, and are awaiting our 501c3 tax exempt status for implementation for the construction developments for new youth and community centers, which will be located at 6808 Bushnell Court in Ward 5 (off of Woodland Avenue).
Our youth and community centers will include “State of the Art” technology, positive learning environments, training workshops; classrooms for practical and educational instruction, recreation and community spaces.
Our first pilot program is called “The BC Youth Training Program for Auto Operations and Excavation”, however our phases will include development phases such as life and social skills, computer literacy, financial literacy, employment readiness, drivers education and safety; and we plan to launch this program by mid summer 2024.
Presently, we are recruiting interested adult members, partners, sponsors and donors to support our efforts in growing our organization.
